    Speaker: Marty Mordaski
    Topic:  CREATING A CULTURE OF A GREAT WORKPLACE!
    Speaker Bio:
    Marty Mordarski is the Director of Research and Membership at ERC, where he is responsible for the attraction, retention and satisfaction of ERC members. In addition, he oversees ERC’s HR Help Desk and Research functions. He also provides direction over ERC’s compensation, benefits and workplace studies, including the research and evaluation process for NorthCoast 99, ERC’s nationally acclaimed program that annually identifies great workplaces in Northeast Ohio.
    Marty Mordarki, from Employers Resource Council will be talking to us about creating a great workplace.  He will be addressing these critical issues:
    What is a great workplace for top performers? 
    How do NorthCoast 99 award winners consistently attract and retain top talent
    Why working to be a "great workplace" can benefit your organization.
    Just before our February meeting will are also hosting a Member Orientation to help educate SCHRA members on the benefits of our association and introduce you to our 2012 committees and board members!  This is a great networking event and provides you with valuable member information.
