Join us as Anne Richards, President and CEO of Goodwill of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio presents Ethical Leadership!
This presentation will focus on what ethical leadership is, its importance, causes and results of ethical leadership failures. Our speaker will highlight the importance of ethical leadership for leaders and HR employees, explain the SHRM Body of Knowledge with regard to Ethical Practice (Personal Integrity, Professional Integrity and Ethic Agent) and provide concrete behavioral examples of sound ethical conduct.
