"The Human Experience Leader: Think Outside of Your Job Title to Make Work Meaningful"

Work can be a drag. With constant emails, problems from coworkers, and a never-ending to-do list, it's easy to go through the motions, count down to clocking out, and collect a paycheck. With an employee engagement rate of only 1 in 3 people, disruption is needed in the state of workplace culture. Most companies do business by focusing on generating revenue and appeasing shareholders, forgetting about the people who do the work to create those results. By shifting our focus to creating a more engaging, inspiring, and fun work experience, we tap into the basic human desire to feel good. When we can inspire our people to feel good, they become engaged and perform better, transforming workplace culture into one, not based around work, but around a shared human experience.

This presentation will make you laugh, but it will also make you think about how to transform your work experience into one you and the people you work with look forward to. Besides, if we're going to spend most of our waking hours doing something, shouldn't we enjoy it?

    Registration begins at 11:15 a.m.

Lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m.
