For the past 13+ years, Kelli lead healthcare organizations in fostering inclusive, progressive and measurable practices in Talent Management, Patient Care/Customer Service and Community Engagement.
Kelli has a BS in Business Management from Malone University, and a MS in Marketing & Communications from Franklin University. She earned a Certificate in Diversity Management from the Institute for Diversity in Health Management (American Hospital Association in Chicago) and Simmons College in Boston.
